Shipping & Returns

No return policy for any software and license. You can only return the hardware if you receive the product in damaged condition, wrongly or not fitting your requirement within 30 days.

We will process your refund upon receiving the returned item, but the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s policy.

It depends on the item you have purchased. All software purchases can be canceled by emailing support@bluebitlink.com. For other items, you can cancel from your account.
