Force Majeure

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for failures to perform due to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Jurisdictional Validity

  • Enforceability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms within that jurisdiction or the enforceability of the affected provision in other jurisdictions.
  • State Law Variations: Local state laws may override or modify these terms, particularly regarding implied warranties and limitations on certain damages. If you reside in a state with different consumer protection measures, those laws may provide additional protections.

Cryptocurrency Terms

  • Acknowledgment: By opting to use Cryptocurrency as a payment method, you agree to the specific terms related to Cryptocurrency transactions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use Cryptocurrency for transactions on our platform.
  • Rights Reserved: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict Cryptocurrency payments at our discretion, with no liability to you.

User Accessibility and Eligibility

Payment Terms and Security Interests

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation to secure product delivery.
  • Security Interest: We retain a security interest in products sold to ensure payment. Non-payment may result in repossession of the products.
  • Application of Payments: Payments may be applied to any outstanding obligations. Acceptance of payment does not waive our right to collect any remaining balances.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Order Acknowledgment: When you place an order with Blue Bit Link, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order submission and does not indicate acceptance or finalize a sales agreement. It is part of our effort to keep you informed throughout the order process.

Order Review and Adjustment: Each order undergoes a comprehensive review. Blue Bit Link reserves the right to accept, decline, or impose restrictions on orders based on various factors, such as inventory availability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Application of Restrictions: To ensure fair access to our products and maintain the integrity of our sales process, Blue Bit Link may impose limitations on the quantity of items per order or restrictions based on the customer, household, or specific order details.

Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) – Manufacturer-Delivered Products Policy: For ESD products delivered directly by the manufacturer, strict guidelines are followed regarding delivery and return policies. Once product keys are issued for ESD – Manufacturer Delivered products, returns are not permitted. All sales are final and irreversible. Blue Bit Link offers comprehensive technical and installation support for these products, with additional support available from the manufacturer.

Blue Bit Link Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Overview

Blue Bit Link offers the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for electronically delivered products, such as Software License OEM and Retail Product Keys, CSP, ESD, and Volume Software Licenses directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally, Blue Bit Link may offer a “free shipping” promotion on physical items. Otherwise, all physical items are subject to shipping and handling fees.

  • Electronic Delivery: Software products, including games, are typically delivered via email. Customers will receive the product key and a download link sent to their registered email address. They can then download, install, and activate the product on their computer using the provided product key.

Blue Bit Link provides tracking numbers for all shipments, which are automatically emailed to the recipient once the item is shipped. A signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  • Next Business Day: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. CST for in-stock physical items are shipped on the same day.

  • 2nd Business Day: Physical items are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. CST and the items are available in stock.

  • Ground Service: Physical items are shipped either the same or the next business day, based on order timing. Delivery times may vary due to various factors.

  • International Shipping: International shipping is not currently available unless specifically arranged through a sales representative with a valid purchase order.

Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Products

For products marked as electronically delivered, you will receive the product or license key via the email provided at the time of purchase. A verified email must belong to a corporate domain or a verifiable entity. Blue Bit Link reserves the right to deny sending electronic delivery products to “freemail” accounts. Typically, electronic delivery products are delivered within minutes, though some CSP, ESD, and Volume License products may require more time. Download product keys are generally delivered within minutes during regular business hours; after business hours, delivery can take up to 2 hours. Blue Bit Link reserves the right to place any order on hold and request identity verification if a potential fraudulent situation is detected. This measure is for the protection of both the customer and Blue Bit Link.

ESD Orders Policy

Order Processing: ESD orders are processed immediately after checkout. A purchase confirmation email, including download instructions and links, will be sent within 30 minutes. For manufacturer-delivered products, the email will include a questionnaire to gather necessary end-user licensing information required for proper licensing and delivery of the purchased item. Orders cannot be processed without this information. Blue Bit Link will send multiple reminder emails requesting this information, but the order will remain on hold indefinitely until the required information is received.

ESD Technical Support

For support with ESD orders, please have your Order Number and Product Code (found in your Blue Bit Link Delivery Email) ready when contacting us.

 

Blue Bit Link ESD Cancellation and Returns Policy

ESD Order Cancellation

To cancel an ESD order, please contact Blue Bit Link’s customer support for guidance on our cancellation policies. Cancellation requests must be made before the product has been issued. Once issued, ESD orders cannot be canceled or returned.

ESD Returns

  • Manufacturer Delivered ESD Products: These products cannot be returned once issued. The manufacturer does not accept returns for any reason. Please ensure the license meets your needs before placing an order for Manufacturer Delivered ESD products.

  • Other ESD Products: Returns for other ESD products are subject to vendor restrictions, particularly if the software has been activated. Contact us for specific details regarding return policies for these products.

Software Licenses

Software licenses are issued by the manufacturer and are handled with specialized procedures. During checkout, the “SHIP TO” information is used to provide the manufacturer with the necessary “End User License Information” for issuing the license. Please ensure this information is accurate to avoid issues with your license.

  • License Delivery: Software licenses are emailed directly from the manufacturer. Verify that the email address on your account is correct to receive your license promptly.

License Returns and Exchanges: Software licenses cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different license from the same manufacturer. Be aware that each manufacturer may have additional restrictions and policies regarding software licenses.

CSP Software Products

  • Refunds and Returns: CSP software licenses are non-refundable once the time limits specified by the product manufacturer have expired. Returns or refunds are not available after these time limits.

  • Alteration and Restocking Fee: CSP products can only be altered once within a minimal time frame, so it is crucial to follow detailed instructions before purchasing and licensing. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, depending on the reason and circumstances of the return.

ESD Software Products

    • Refunds and Returns: ESD software products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once issued, ESD licenses are permanent and cannot be altered. No refunds will be provided for issued ESD licenses.

    • Additional Restrictions: Other restrictions may apply based on the product and manufacturer policies.
